5:30am - HiiT Cycle with Jen. This is a 30 minute HIIT class with a 15 minute dynamic stretch after class. This fast moving class will be sure to get your blood pumping and your body moving.... starting your day off right!
🚴♂️8:45am - Indoor Cycling with Andrea. This 60 minute high-intensity, low-impact cycling class.. focusing on building endurance and strength. Pedaling through hill climbs, flats, sprints, jumps, and other indoor cycling drills. Lights will be low and music will be high... all while burning tons of calories. Get ready to sweat!
🚴🏻♀️12 noon - Lunch express with Jen. Who needs afternoon coffee when you have this class!!! This high-intensity, low-impact cycling class.. focusing on building endurance and strength. Pedaling through hill climbs, flats, sprints, jumps, and other indoor cycling drills. Lights will be low and music will be high... all while burning tons of calories.
🚴♂️5:30 pm - BEGINNER indoor cycling with Dianne. This 45 minute class will spend extra time getting each participant properly set up on their bike. Making for a safe, efficient, and effective ride. This class will help the new rider develop a solid foundation for indoor cycling.. working on building endurance and muscle strength. Go at your own pace for this 20 minute ride. Lights will be low and music will be pumping.... while you try something new and have fun with this low-impact cardio workout.
🚴🏻♀️6:30pm - Indoor Cycling with Dianne. This 45 minute high-intensity, low-impact cycling class.. focusing on building endurance and strength. Pedaling through hill climbs, flats, sprints, jumps, and other indoor cycling drills. Lights will be low and music will be high... all while burning tons of calories. Get ready to sweat!
