Wilmington Day at the Lowell Spinners
The sixth annual “Wilmington Night at the Lowell Spinners” is scheduled for Thursday, July 20th at LeLeacher Park in Lowell. The Spinners are a great family fun night, complete with colorful mascots, a children’s play area and between innings contests.
On Wilmington Night, the Spinners salute Wilmington’s organizations, businesses and groups. Additionally, pregame ceremonies honor some of Wilmington’s finest. This year’s honoree will be Judy O’Connell. Past honorees include the Wilmington High School State Champion Hockey teams, Frank Kelley and Sean Collier. Nearly 1,000 Wilmiingtonites have attended the first five Wilmington Nights, so plan on joining with neighbors and friends for a terrific night of baseball and fun.
Tickets are available for the reserved grandstand. Regularly at $9.00 per seat, they will be discounted to only $6.00 for this game. The first 1,500 fans entering the park will also receive a Andrew Benentendi Bobble Head.
