Multi-Chamber Virtual Networking - Master Your "Elevator Pitch"
Join us for our next Multi-Chamber virtual networking event featuring tips on perfecting your elevator pitch and then move to breakout rooms for small group introductions. These events have been drawing 50 - 70 people so it's a great way to expand your network and have some fun via zoom.
This month's speaker is Andrew Winig, author of Elevator Pitch Handbook: The Step-by-Step Guide to Starting Conversations, who will guide the group through ways to successfully start business conversations, discover relevant connections, and inspire people to call you.
Here's how it works:
Please arrive on time. Our guest speaker will begin promptly and speak for 10-15 minutes while breakout rooms are being organized.
At the conclusion of the speaker's remarks you will be placed in a random breakout room with 6 or 7 other people. (This number may vary depending on the total number of attendees.)
Each person will have the opportunity to spend two minutes introducing themselves with a mix of professional and personal information.
If time allows, the host will propose a discussion question for the remaining time. For example, "What webinars, podcasts, or business books have you found helpful in dealing with the changes to your business during Covid-19?"
After an allotted amount of time, attendees will be switched, randomly, to another breakout room for further introductions.
How will you connect with them virtually? In this dynamic and interactive online workshop, you’ll learn and practice three key ways to use your Elevator Pitch effectively at virtual events. Our natural and conversational approach will open up more opportunities to meet the right people, strengthen relationships, follow up effectively, and expand your referral network. We’ll break into smaller discussion groups to strengthen our connections with each other in a virtual environment. You’ll also learn advanced techniques you can use immediately to start business conversations, discover relevant connections, and inspire people to call you.
About Our Speaker: Andrew Winig is the Elevator Pitch Coach. He has been offering virtual workshops since 2007, and in 2019 found the key technology for recreating his interactive and energizing in-person workshops online.
