Founded in 2002, Leader Bank is a Massachusetts-based entrepreneurial financial institution that approaches banking differently. Austin Styffe has been working in the mortgage industry since 2015 and has a client-centric approach aimed at making borrowers feel comfortable and educated throughout the entire process. He enjoys working with all types of clients, from first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, and business owners. Austin takes pride in working with first responders and has developed special financing options for them. He has extensive experience with the Operations team, specifically in the Needham and Arlington branches. He prioritizes technological innovation with all transactions while still creating a strong connection with his clients. Outside of the office, Austin has a passion for coaching youth lacrosse and hockey as well as volunteering with underprivileged youth. On weekends, Austin enjoys traveling north to New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont to spend quality time with his family and friends.
