When it comes to Real Estate, the team that comes to mind is TEAM BLUE. A dynamic group of individuals who all bring a different piece to the team to make it complete. Team Blue joined forces to create the real estate team in 2009. Lori Penney has an eye for marketing and a background of entrepreneurship by having her own company prior to becoming a REALTOR, along with several years as a Human Resources Manager. Linda DuCharme had prior outside sales experience with 10 years in the paper industry. Tim Penney 25 years of sales experience & training in his past sales jobs. Tim also has a background of construction which gives him a keen eye in shopping for homes or new construction details.
