Your promotional gifts/material will catch potential customers' eyes at a key time   when they are new to the community and looking to establish relationships for their everyday needs\, products or services.  This is an ideal\, cost-effective\, targeted advertising opportunity for businesses of all kinds.  New families make great prospects that can lead to valuable\, loyal customers.   Creating awareness of local products & services encourages residents to "Buy Local" ensuring a thriving business community. \n\n \n\nApproximately 500 homes and 200 condos are sold each year in Wilmington and Tewksbury combined.  Each month\, the Chamber attains a list detailing homes/condos sold in each town.  A custom postcard is then mailed to each new homeowner inviting them to pick up their Welcome Bag at any of the following locations:   \n\n \n\nWilmington or Tewksbury Town Hall\n\n or Tewksbury Library\n \n\nIn addition\, Chamber staff will work with member realtors to distribute bags to their clients.  We expect to distribute 500 bags over the course of a 12 month period. \n\n \n Annual cost to participate in the program is $100. That's only .20 cents per household!\n \n\nIdeas:\n\n\n	Give a gift.  Everyone loves getting a present.  Instead of just giving a brochure or a coupon\, give a gift with your logo that will have a lasting effect.  For example:  cup\, mug\, potholder\, towel\, lunch bag\, tape measure\, flower seed packets\, candle\, chip clip\, hand sanitizer\, coaster\, letter opener\, coozie\, compact mirror\, beach ball\, notepads\, sewing kit\, magnet\, pen\, key chain\, ruler\, calendar\, etc.     \n	Get personal.  Write a note that welcomes them to the community and attach it to your gift.\n	Bring them into your business.
