• Introduce the brand to businesses and explain the promotional materials and specials.
• Build rapport with potential customers.
• Explain versatility of the brand.
• Introduce services provided.
• Bring back business card and information needed to quote potential jobs.
• Maintain a consistent and organized follow up system.
• Follow up on all leads, pricing and prepare quotes.
• Accurately fill in EME Production Sheet
• Assist in operating and managing the store when needed.
• Remarket areas every three months.
• Deliver quotes in a timely fashion.
• Maintain an organized, clean and professional store appearance at all times. (when
• Complete Fully Promoted in store training utilizing the marketing section of the Owners
Manual. (6 keys to success, direct marketing tips, key lines, suggestive selling, overcoming
objections, reviewing sample scripts, etc.
• Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software
• Must pass basic math and spelling tests.
• Possess a good understanding of sales and marketing tactics.
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Outgoing personality and willingness to work with the public on a daily basis.
• Must have ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
